If enough people report you for leeching you'll just get blocked from PvP for a set amount of time. Nothing too serious.

Sometimes people will report you just out of spite, if they don't like your bar or your profession. Don't take it too personally. But also consider your skills and your playstyle if it happens repeatedly.
Another note on the Dishonor System -- the game will automatically hex you with it if you stand in one place for too long without moving. That was the way I got it once, while guarding the purple Quarry when I was new to the format. |

LOL @ "dont take it personally"...If you truly did nothing wrong then report them right back. Better yet email support and send SS. I hate people who report if your not "up to standard" or "running a meta build". Its a game...lets not be D-bags. Leeching is not cool but if someone is reporting you as a leecher for anything but LEECHING it is they who deserve the dishonor, not you. Its PVP on Guild wars people. lets not be life and death about it. MKAY

If you take things personally on the internet, you need to get out and see the real world.
Also you're not told who reported you for leeching. So if one or two did it, report who and how? |

I'm not advocating people to report because they don't like your skills, but the sad fact is that a majority of immature players do. One then has three choices: 1. Ignore it. 2. Take it as a challenge and intentionally troll everyone with bad builds. 3. Maybe rethink that Hamstring bar. As posted above, reporting them back isn't an option because you don't know who did it (unless they're harassing you, which would be its own reason for reporting). |

You could just report the entire team to support with a screen-shot and let ANet sort out from the logs who abused the system.
Make it their problem, if the problem gets big enough, eventually they might do something about it. |

like the others have said something only happens if you get reported more a few times. never take it personally just get on with playing the game because your not going to lose any of the rewards while playing
also i got reported for leeching a couple times, 1st time was trying out a new build but it meant i kept dying almost as soon as i got into combat and 2nd time was because i said i was afk for 2mins cos i went to get a drink lol |

As long as you don't get kicked for leeching, the d-bag who reported you is bound to get the Dishonor hex for falsely reporting too many people. If he's willing to be a d-bag and report you for not running a meta build or some crap like that, he'll do it to someone else. It only takes 2 false reports to accumulate enough points for the hex. |

this game is over 7 years old and being noob is in-tolerated by most people who have been playing for a while even when they are bad themselves, first thing to do is rethink your bar as star jewel said, bringing flare or hamstring is beyond retarded.
go watch what people play in observers or click on your team mates and then copy and learn. |

Meh, most 7 year olds still suck. Played as an A/P Dark Apostacy spear last time I PVPed, got to 25 then rejoined RA. Get teamed up with a monk, we win the round (because of me stripping both their eles of all their enchantments) and he ragequits saying I suck. And that I should be bringing a proper bar if I want to play with a r10 glad monk.
Welcome to Guild Wars, go play Diablo 3 if you want some fun. And oh it is fun! xD (Wiz in act 2 inferno, started a monk and DH today and got both through normal) |

And in Random Arenas, some scum will report you for actually wanting to play through instead of /resign'ing if your team isn't optimal. :/ (I guess I'm weird - even if I'll probably lose, I can still have fun playing)
